Do you accept insurance?

We are a Private-Pay Practice

We believe therapy should be guided by your needs—not by the requirements of an insurance company. As a private-pay practice, we are able to provide individualized, confidential care that focuses entirely on your goals and well-being.
Some of the benefits of private-pay therapy include:
    •    Greater privacy. Insurance companies typically require a mental health diagnosis and ongoing clinical information to authorize or reimburse treatment. By choosing private pay, your personal health information remains between you and your therapist, except where disclosure is required by law.
    •    Treatment based on your needs. We decide together how often to meet and how long to continue therapy, rather than having sessions limited or influenced by insurance requirements.
    •    Personalized care. Therapy is tailored to your unique circumstances, allowing us to focus on meaningful, lasting progress rather than meeting insurance criteria.
    •    No diagnosis required solely for insurance purposes. Some people seek therapy for personal growth, relationship concerns, life transitions, or stress that may not require a mental health diagnosis.
    •    A stronger therapeutic relationship. Our work remains focused on your goals, values, and growth without the administrative demands often associated with insurance billing.
Many clients find that investing in their mental health through private-pay therapy provides greater flexibility, privacy, and a more personalized therapeutic experience.

Out-of-Network Benefits: If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health coverage, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan.

What is the cost of therapy?

Session fees are $150 for individual, family or couples therapy.

How long are therapy sessions?

Therapy sessions are 55 minutes. Initial sessions may be longer to complete a comprehensive assessment.  Extended sessions are available when clinically appropriate.

Do you provide virtual sessions along with in-person?
